MALLORCA
Casa Marítima takes its name from the intimate relationship between home and sea. Rooted in Mallorca’s coastline, it embraces a philosophy of quiet living, guided by light, materiality and the rhythm of daily life.
Where the Sea Sets the Pace
Casa Marítima sits on Mallorca’s coastline, where the brief called for restraint rather than reinvention: allowing the light, the sea air and the existing architecture to lead every decision. Proportion, texture and materiality were carefully considered throughout, with oak joinery, handwoven textiles and a muted palette of sand, stone and sea blue chosen to sit quietly within the setting rather than compete with it.
Each space connects to the next, creating continuity between architecture, interiors and how the home is lived in. The result is a home shaped around the rhythm of island life, morning coffee in the sun, long lunches around the round oak table, evenings that unfold at their own pace.
Nothing is superfluous. Every material, detail and gesture has a purpose, allowing the character of the setting and the quality of the design to speak for themselves.
Round by intention, shaped for the slow unfolding of a shared meal.
