This elegant 2759 sq ft two–bedroom triplex townhouse has been designed with more masculine tones and brutalist influences than some previous Banda projects. As always, there is the Banda
signature of weaving the old with the new: striking contemporary pieces and bespoke designs sit comfortably alongside vintage items, antiques and objet sourced via Banda’s global network of contacts.

example- A modern spin on Cycladic minimalism, the subtle design riffs on contrasting elements of raw concrete, polished cement, textured tiles and dark wood. Earthenware and oversized plants create a tropical Mediterranean atmosphere, reflecting Nōema’s natural ethos.
